As you step into the home, you are greeted by an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. The interior exudes charm, with wooden furnishings, soft tones, and touches of coastal decor that evoke a sense of seaside relaxation. Large windows frame breathtaking views of the Island of Rogoznica, while gentle sea breezes waft through, carrying with them the soothing sounds of the waves. The kitchen is fully equipped with barbecue area. There are two dining areas for you to choose from, one better than the other. And, for your small ones, there is a children's playroom. We have garage for two cars as well as one outer parking place.
